Fox Valley Fire & Safety is currently operating as an essential business, responding to service calls, critical repairs, and construction projects as identified in the Governor’s Executive Order. The safety of our employees and building occupants are absolutely our top priority. As a result, we will be making decisions on a case-by-case basis based on a number of factors with health and safety as the main criteria. We reserve the sole right to make those decisions that, in our opinion, minimizes the risk associated with the COVID-19 virus. To support our customers we have a technical support staff and supervisors available to help you through non-emergency and service issues.
